From the team behind Cherry Creek’s popular Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood – and offering daily lunch and dinner takeaway and delivery from the same location – comes Blue Tide Tacos. Blue Tide’s casual menu of SoCal-inspired fish tacos and burritos, sliders, snacks, and cocktails are the brainchild of owner Sean Huggard. “While now isn’t the ideal time to open a new restaurant, it’s a great time to provide our existing guests with something ‘fresh’ that also perfectly complements the Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood menu,” Huggard explains. “While our guests aren’t able to pull up a chair to the bar and watch their oysters being freshly shucked due to COVID-19 restrictions, we hope they’ll find something fresh and exciting in Blue Tide’s new to-go-friendly offerings – perhaps, someday, as a standalone concept as well.”
