Mason’s serves classic lobster rolls chilled with mayo and butter, Connecticut lobster rolls warm with butter, lobster salad rolls with mayo and celery, and a shrimp roll. The best part? They get their lobsters from a single supplier in southern Maine, where it’s cooked and distributed while still fresh.
