Healthy. Happy. Convenient. These notions sound better now than ever, and they’re the hallmarks of the newly opened Flower Child at Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Known for its colorful medley of vegan and vegetarian salads, bowls and wraps, the fast-casual Flower Child is the latest eatery from Fox Restaurant Concepts, whose other restaurants have included Cherry Creek staples North and True Food Kitchen. The hearty, seasonally-focused menu includes fan-favorites like the Vietnamese Crunch salad with savoy cabbage, romaine, quinoa, tomato, peppadew, pineapple, avocado, cashew, thai basil, cilantro, mint and a spicy lemongrass vinaigrette as well as wraps like The Rebel, made with grass fed steak, charred onion, port sault cheese, arugula and horseradish yogurt. Flower Child features a selection of signature lemonades and kombucha on tap, along with organic wines and local craft beers. Flower Child Cherry Creek is Colorado’s second location, with a sister store in Boulder. The dining room is bright and sunny, adorned in the brand’s signature, eclectic vibe and an 1,100 square-foot patio is sure to be a hit during the warmer months. Both will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, curbside delivery and takeout options are currently available.
