The northwest corner of 1st Avenue and Detroit Street intends on using its 7,200 square feet to entice guests with their high end, made-in-Italy sofas, armchairs, bedroom, dining room, and living room décor and accessories. There’s a reason that, in 1993, Natuzzi Group became the only foreign furniture company to list on Wall Street, and the 64-year-old brand will now be front-and-center to locals who appreciate the finer things in life when it comes to their home.
