VIVE Float Studio

Chronic pain. Stress. Insomnia. Eczema. Inflammation. We all have our ailments, and with more information floating around than one could possibly keep up with, it’s difficult to know exactly what works – and what doesn’t. Enter VIVE, the self-described “rest and recovery wellness center” that’s taking the neighborhood by storm. But don’t assume that it’s simply another spa. Quite the contrary. The only of its kind in the region, if not the country, VIVE focuses on much more than relaxation, but rather mental and physical recovery. As founder Andi Sigler explains, it’s all about a calm, curative experience. “From the moment you step into the studio, you’ll feel at peace. It’s an incredibly calm environment, and we believe that’s vital for your time of restoration.” Indeed, everything about the spacious subterranean studio is calming. A spacious relaxation lounge – The Quiet Center – serves as a serene space where plush textiles, cozy oversized seating and a fireplace offer the ideal backdrop to indulge in a cup of tea, and simply be. From there, VIVE offers a spectrum of experiences, all aimed at creating long-term, lasting results. With state-of-the-art equipment that’s rarely available to consumers, and certainly not all under one roof, VIVE stands out from the pack. “We’re the first national rest and recovery wellness center with all of these services in one location,” Sigler reveals. The services she references include an Infrared Sauna, Float Therapy, Cryotherapy, VibroAcoustic Sound Therapy, and Halotherapy. According to Sigler, each of these modalities offers its own unique, highly effective benefits for both the body and mind.
