01. The Clayton Members Club: The Clayton is my home away from home. It is where I write, take meetings, network, decompress and sometimes hide for an hour with a glass of wine. The spaces are stunning, the atmosphere is creative and social, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. It is one of my favorite places in Denver and it plays a big role in my weekly rhythm. Pro Tip: Find Frankie and have her make you a Hot Honey Latte. It’s the secret menu item you never knew you needed.

02. Eden Health Club: Eden is where I go to feel like myself again. It is my sanctuary for strength, wellness and the kind of clarity that only comes from moving my body. I train there several times a week with Marcela, who is truly the best trainer I have ever worked with. The group classes are also incredible and the community is warm and real. Their wellness and recovery offerings make the entire experience feel elevated and intentional. Infrared sauna sessions, compression therapy and red-light therapy are included with membership. Their functional health doctor, Cristina, is brilliant and has been such a resource for peptides, HRT, medical weight loss and overall health. Christy is the best injector I have ever worked with and she is the reason I am fully devoted to Daxxify as opposed to other Tox options. It kicks in within twenty-four hours. When I want my forehead frozen, I want it frozen fast! For skincare, Ella gives me the most incredible DiamondGlow facials. Eden is my wellness home base and one of the places I rely on most. If you haven’t checked it out, run…don’t walk!

03: Designer Shoes and Belts: After losing almost one hundred pounds, I had to rebuild my wardrobe from the ground up. I realized quickly that I did not want to (nor could I afford to) invest in full designer outfits, particularly in the age of Instagram where everything gets photographed and posted. What I did want was to invest in accessories that last forever and elevate everything I wear. Designer shoes and belts have the best cost per wear of any item in my closet. A great shoe and a beautiful belt can make even simple jeans and a sweater feel intentional and polished. I have Manolo Blahniks I have worn for more than twenty years and they still look perfect. Recently I have been loving belts from Valentino, Gucci and Hermès as well. They are timeless and worth every penny. And my Chanel bag? Well, she’ll never go out of style.

04: Medical Grade Skincare: This was the year I finally transitioned from natural skincare to medical grade products and the change has been remarkable. I still value clean beauty, but after forty, you need ingredients that actually transform the skin. Medical grade formulas give real results, quickly. I rotate between SkinBetter, Revision, SkinMedica, and isClinical. My routine is built on a few core pillars. Vitamin C in the morning. An AHA or exfoliating acid for glow. A great retinol at night. And serious hydration. Standouts include SkinBetter’s Alto Advanced Serum, their Refining Foam Cleanser, Revision’s C Plus Correcting Complex, isClinical’s Emulsified Retinol and SkinMedica’s HA5 Hydra Collagen. These products really work and they have completely changed the tone and texture of my skin.

05: Carly Swan of Willow Ray Photography: Our photographer and social media director Carly Swan is one of the most talented women I have ever worked with. She has a rare ability to capture moments with a level of sophistication, emotion and ease that feels effortless, yet the results are always exceptional. Her eye is sharp, her instincts are spot on and she makes everyone in front of her camera feel comfortable and beautiful. Beyond her talent, Carly is just a joy to be around. She is warm, funny, quick and genuinely one of the best hangs on a shoot day. If you want to understand her energy, scroll through her Instagram at @carlmoster. You will see exactly what I mean. Book her for your headshots or family photos!

06: Kadyluxe: Kadyluxe will forever have a special place in my heart because before it was a national powerhouse, Kady herself was my intern. She came to my then PR firm 20 years ago with equal parts talent, ambition and kindness, and watching her build this brand from scratch has been such a privilege. Her pieces are everything I want in athleisure. Cute without trying too hard, flattering in the best ways. I wear Kadyluxe for workouts, school runs, travel days and everything in between. Kady understands fit and movement better than any other active brand I have tried, and it shows in every single piece. The fact that the brand is Denver based and female founded makes me love it even more. I’m infinitely proud of what Kady has built, and the woman she has become.

07: My Metaphysical Maven: My favorite Instagram follow for daily grounding and perspective. She explains what is happening with the moon, planets and energy shifts in a way that feels practical, intuitive and eerily accurate. Her posts always land at the right moment and I read them every morning like a ritual.

08: Saint Candles: Saint Candles are one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give and the kind I always keep stocked. Each candle is centered on a specific patron saint, and with that comes a unique intention. Healing, protection, clarity, strength, peace or prosperity. You choose the candle that matches the moment or the person. The candles are blended with holy oil and are blessed before they ever reach you, which adds a beautiful spiritual layer. They burn cleanly with fragrances that are rich and elegant. And when the candle has completely burned down, a small saint medal is revealed at the bottom. They are meaningful, beautiful and universally loved. Locally, you can get them from Kylie at Denver Monogram!

09: The Broadmoor: The Broadmoor is Colorado’s most iconic resort and it never loses its magic. Set against Cheyenne Mountain with its shimmering lake and historic charm, it has a timeless elegance that is impossible to replicate. We love staying in the Cottages because they are private, spacious, beautifully designed and perfect for families. The resort has incredible amenities, including a world class spa, an indoor pool for year-round fun and endless activities for kids. Dinner at the Penrose Room is always a highlight and the Golden Bee is a cozy favorite for a more relaxed night with live music and pub classics. Every stay feels like a true escape.

10: Alteno: The best restaurant in Cherry Creek. Full stop. Johnny and Kasie Curiel are not only incredibly talented, they are also warm, gracious and passionate about what they do. Alteno has a beautiful atmosphere, magnificent food and one of the best happy hours in Denver. The small plates, the cocktails, the consistency. Everything is outstanding. If you have not been, go immediately. You will understand why we love it as much as we do.

11. Bria Blair Creative: Bria is one of the most creative people I know. We have been friends for more than a decade and I have watched her build a thriving business with so much heart and talent. She is my go-to for balloons, décor, gifting and full event styling. From giant custom installations to intimate celebrations, she elevates everything she touches. Her studio at Streets at Southglenn is filled with the cutest gifts, party décor and home accessories. It is impossible to walk out empty handed.

12. Town Pump Provisions: Dana Monfort is a tour de force and everything she has created at Town Pump Provisions is thoughtful, current and incredibly cool. It is this perfect mix of great food, coffee, wine, retail, community and design, and somehow it feels both elevated and completely approachable. The energy is always good, the details are always intentional and the whole space feels like a breath of fresh air. Dana has brought something special to Cherry Creek and it is one of my latest obsessions.

13. Los Cabos & Flora Farms: Cabo is our happy place. Before kids we were there several times a year and now we go as often as we can. The direct flight from Denver is easy and the moment you land, you feel yourself exhale. We have stayed at some of the best resorts in the region including One&Only Palmilla, Las Ventanas and Montage. They are all exceptional. But our favorite place on earth is Seaside La Casita, a private Cuvée home that sleeps ten, includes a guest casita and sits above the most pristine stretch of private beach. It is perfect for group trips and family getaways, and it is the one spot I never want to leave. Scatter my ashes there. And no trip is complete without a meal at Flora Farms. It is our favorite restaurant in the world. Beautiful, soulful and always unforgettable. And the shops on the property are some of the best in the area. Think handmade, artisanal gifts juxtaposed against chic designer boutiques like James Perse. The garden tour is a must – go at sunset – and if you can, sign up for one of their cooking classes!
